準據法與管轄法院
本協定之解釋、補充與糾紛解決,均以中華民國法律為準據法。雙方同意若因本協定涉訟,以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation, supplementation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree that the Taipei District Court shall serve as the court of first instance for any litigation arising from this Agreement.
